Who are we?
With over 15 years’ experience developing, implementing, and supporting ERP software solutions for thousands of organisations across the globe, Compliance Pod offers the latest developments in cloud and mobile technology with our Compliance Management Software.
Our goal is – and always has been – to help organisations become, and remain, legally compliant and to do so in a way that puts the user in control. Compliance Pod helps the user to better manage risk and increase performance.
So, why work with us?
We believe in rewarding our team for their contribution to the business, whether they are selling or supporting.
Offering remote working, generous uncapped bonus, commission schemes and a dedicated senior management team who work tirelessly alongside you to help you achieve your goals. Here at Compliance Pod, we want our team to feel appreciated and supported because, without them, we couldn’t do what we do.
If you’d like to be part of Compliance Pod, we want to hear from you. Send your CV to enquiries@compliancepod.com and remember to include a short statement about what you do and why you would like to work with us.
My favourite thing about working at Compliance Pod is that I am trusted to implement, support and help our customers in the way I see best. I am not micro-managed. My judgement is respected to take customers through the – often complicated – journey of organising their compliance myself. On the flip side of that coin, I can draw on many years’ experience of my colleagues when I need to.
At Compliance Pod, I know that I will not be judged if there’s a family crisis or I need to collect my kids early from school/nursery. It is understood that work/life balance is important, and that goodwill is a two-way street. I’m trusted not to take advantage of the flexibility afforded to me, and I stay committed to our customers and will go above and beyond when required.
