Telesales Appointment Setter

We are looking for sales professionals to make outgoing calls in order to book both onsite and virtual meetings for product demonstrations and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services. Individuals have to be outgoing and personable, with the motivation to both meet and exceed sales targets.

The role includes:

  • Making outgoing calls in order to sell our products and services
  • Answering questions about product specifications and pricing
  • Accurately and efficiently entering information into customer database
  • Maintaining a list of potential leads
  • Booking both virtual and onsite meetings with potential customers for product demonstrations
  • Maintain working knowledge of products and services sold and keep current on industry developments

Skills and qualifications
Whilst there is no formal training required, the following is desirable:

  • Marketing and Sales Skills
  • Good Verbal Communication
  • Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills
  • Good Attention to Detail along with the Ability to Track Leads
  • Patience
  • Motivation
  • Ability to Meet Goals

Full time 37.5 hours per week, permanent.
Location is flexible but successful candidate has to be willing to travel to Sheffield for training, etc
Starting salary £22,000 per annum plus generous commission structure
